The logo came out really well. Since you want me to be brutally honest, I'll say that the logo is the best part, whereas the rest is solid, but not spectacular. This is "A" material for this class, and worth keeping for portfolio consideration, but if you want to take it to the next level I would work with the text a bit more, and find a way to make the overall composition pop more. It's a little muddy.
