I made all of this from scratch including the fabric. I used a fabric texturizer, sharpened it, warped it to create the waves, and painted the shadowing. I adjusted the brightness/contrast levels. I had created the word art on another project and dragged it over. I changed the layer to overlay and duplicated the layer several times to give it a nice screen print effect. I adjusted the opacity of all the layers till I was happy.
